Stephanie Fuller

Director

I'm Stephanie (she/her) and I'm a director and theatre-maker. I am a co-conspirator in my theatre company, Hot Cousin where we make experimental theatre that references pop culture, gossip and pastiche.

As a director, I like surprises - finding them and making them. I enjoy texts that experiment with form just as much as content. In my work I like to explore complexities of power, human obsessions, love and childhood.

I am collaborative and playful, often finding ways to draw upon shared or collective memories and pop/mass culture to create environments that feel simultaneously familiar and strange. I like collisions, quiet explosions, and loud implosions.
