Cory Haas

Hi, I'm Cory (He/Him). I'm a freelance director, maker, actor trainer, performer and artistic director of no comment. th(é)âtre. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I'm half French and half Canadian, and I split my time between London and Vancouver.

I work across different mediums, mostly contemporary practice including, text-based, devised, musical, and new works. I teach, coach, and lead workshops on a range of various approaches, including devising and composition, active analysis, and improvisation techniques for rehearsals.

no comment. th(é)âtre makes shows and creates concepts which are not bound by categorisation. We aim to make work which reveals the complexities and highlights the contradictions of our society through an eclectic mix of forms and content. We strive for a global community and attempt to navigate this by thinking about new models of international producing.
