Hannah Stacey

I am a Theatre Director, Facilitator, and Youth Worker. I graduated in 2017 with a 1st Class Honours in Theatre and Performance from the University of Leeds. I continued living and working across Yorkshire until December 2019 when I moved back down to London. I have worked across various theatres in Yorkshire, including: York Theatre Royal, Leeds Playhouse, Harrogate Theatre, Leeds Carriageworks, and Leeds Grand Theatre.
I am passionate about working with young people and communities, and making the arts accessible to everyone. I love working on pieces of new writing and devising work, especially those with a comic element. I am interested in experimenting around what we consider ‘conventional theatre’ through the application of non-traditional theatre practices, such as Aerial Arts and Martial Arts.
