Director Producer Dance Theatre Maker Facilitator Engagement Specialist

Emmy(She/Her) is an interdisciplinary Artist and Organiser working Nationally and Internationally
across cultural organisations, venues and unusual spaces.

Originally training in Physical & Dance Theatre at the University of Salford, she has since gone on to work as Director, Producer, Performer and Facilitator, for various artists and organisations including;
Contact, Selina Thompson, Eclipse Theatre, Z-arts, MIF, Ludus Dance, HOME.

From directing performance and supporting young creatives, to curating festivals and immersive events, Emmy has a unique blend of skills that supports her work across Dance, Theatre, Live music and Creative Engagement.

She is currently working as Studio Programme Producer at Company Chameleon and continues to develop opportunities for creatives in the North West.

Assistant Director, Princess & The Huslter- Eclipse Theatre, Bristol Old Vic, Hull Truck. Jan - April 2020 accompanied company on full tour: Bristol Old Vic, New Worsley Ipswich, Hull Truck, Nuffield Southampton theatres, Oxford Playhouse, Liverpool Playhouse, Live Theatre Newcastle.

Co-Director DRIFTmcr, The Lowry 2018 -2020 & Contact 2024, Interdisciplinary performance platform and network developed by myself and Co-Director Sean Clarke to support Manchester based creatives for working across art from in technology and performance.
