Saulius Kovalskas

Director

Saulius Kovalskas (born 1993 in Lithuania) is a theatre director and co-founder of Chalk Roots Theatre. He studied theatre directing at Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre under prof. Jonas Vaitkus and graduated in 2018.

His work explores the friction between reality and dreams: how archetypal ideas manifest themselves through the individual, driving them to experience what, why and how to be.
