Lia Camille Waber

Performance designer Costume supervisor Costume maker

I am a performance designer, costume maker and supervisor. In the past I have been working in a wide range of stage performances including new writing, inclusive theatre, children's theatre, circus and music theatre.
I'm interested in using the medium of theatre to communicate diverse stories and exploring what it means to be human. To create worlds to audiences with just enough clarity to understand the story, yet to leave space to spur on their own imagination.
And I love to be surprised and learn new things like discovering ruthless authenticity of children audiences.
More recently I have been diverging into education and found a new passion in passing on knowledge and teach a next generation of theatre makers.
