Sadie Spencer

Director

Sadie is a writer/director based in London. She trained at Leeds Playhouse (formerly West Yorkshire Playhouse) and Birkbeck University, on the MFA in Theatre Directing. She also holds a degree in Philosophy from Bristol University and is particularly interested in myth, story structure and technology. Sadie was a finalist in the 2017 JMK competition, hosted by the Young Vic, and SWANSONG, written for DugOut Theatre, received a nomination for Best Studio Play in the Manchester Evening Standard Awards.
