Craig Gilbert

Director and dramaturg, currently Amplify Producer at Nottingham Playhouse. Between 2016 and 2019 I was the New Works Associate at the Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse working as the production dramaturg for the award winning Everyman Company, developing New Work and creating platforms and opportunities for emerging artists across the North West. Prior to that I was a Jerwood Assistan Director at the Young Vic and an Associate Director of the Original Theatre Company.
I have extensive experience working with writers, developing new plays and a particular interest in creating new, bespoke versions of classics.
