Phoebe Rhodes is a theatre director, actor trainer and actor based in Plymouth and London. She trained as an actor at the London College of Music, graduating with a First-Class Degree in BA (Hons) Acting and with the Young Vic and Almedia Theatre as a theatre director. She’s also a Soho Theatre Writer's Lab alumni. Phoebe has worked with prolific industry professionals such as double Oliver Award winning actor Denise Gough and multiple Oliver Award winning theatre director/playwright Laurence Boswell.

Phoebe has extensive experience facilitating the creation of radical new work/new writing and is incredibly passionate about making work that is by, for and about, women.

As an actor trainer, Phoebe has taught at various theatrical institutions including the London College of Music, where she worked as an acting lecturer for 18 months – teaching modules such as realism, theatre making, comedic text, acting for camera and solo performance. She is currently working as a practitioner at Fourth Monkey Actor Training, facilitating the students in the creation of their own solo pieces of digital theatre.
