Playwright Producer Theatre Director Audio ProducerMy name is Kayla Stokes (she/her) and I am a playwright, producer and director. I write plays that live in that in-between space where you’re neither fully awake or fully dreaming. My work often explores the realities and dreams that live within the experience of being a young Black woman in a world that loves to put us in boxes. I'm interested in working on stories that challenge me to feel everything.
