Orangugu Freddiyo Wong

Dancer Choreographer Illustrator Singer-song-writer Writer

Hiya! This is Freddi Wong aka Orangugu (She/Her). I am a dancer, choreographer, illustration artist, singer-song-writer, writer, and Cantonese and Japanese language teacher. Hong Kong is the soil I grew up in, now I am expanding my art practice by immersing myself in London.

I love creating work that involves musicality and rhythm, contemporary dance is my main dance practice. I like the making my own choreography and share it to my students from age 6 to adulthood. I am experienced in teaching individuals with SEND.

Illustration and creative writing brings me joy and freedom in the soul, nature and wild animals are my main area of interests, in particular orangutans and foxes.
