A writer who explores historical or social events
Shakespeare enthusiast
I am a new artist developing my own style as a writer and theatre maker. I am wanting to create work where audiences are brought into the world of characters who's voices have often been silenced or lost within our society. Depending on the project, I will either create through verbatim or extracting certain details of multiple stories to create a theatrical plot. Feminist writing is another string to my bow and I am particularly interested in the female anatomy and how it is still something that is rather unknown to us all.
I am also an actor with a love for Shakespeare, physical theatre, contemporary and classical theatre. Physical performance is part of my identity as a performer however I am fascinated by experiencing different styles and mediums. I hope to have a career full of many genres and styles.
My preferred pronouns are she/her.
