Cindy Lin
Designer
Hi there! I'm a set and costume designer based in London, but originally from California. I first trained as a filmmaker, which feeds into my designs in interesting and dynamic ways (without relying on projections- which I find is often misused!). I think set and costumes are characters in themselves and my designs often transform alongside the performers.
I'm interested in being challenged by all work. I get particularly excited about non-traditional venues (found spaces) and think that constraints often breathes creativity. I am passionate about community outreach and making sure the marginalized have a voice.
