Born and raised in Hackney, East London, Atlanta is a neurodivergent, mixed Caribbean woman who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community. She is currently based in Hackney with an artist's perspective that some find challenging to grasp. Her career objective is to create opportunities and pathways for young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter the arts industry, mirroring her journey.
Atlanta's artistic journey commenced at the young age of 14 when she began performing spoken word. Throughout her upbringing, she engaged in various art-related activities and dedicated her time to volunteering for an arts charity to support young people.
Atlanta holds a degree in Theatre Design from Middlesex University and completed her performance studies at Leyton Sixth Form. Her theatre background includes external performances outside of her academic studies and contributing to the set design of a musical during her time in sixth form, which served as a launching pad for her career in production arts.
