Harry Hancock

Director

He/Him.

I am a gender-fluid director from South-East London. I've been working a few years now on all types of projects from West-End theatres to tiny regional fringe spaces and schools.

I want to make theatre that breaks the mould and encourages social change, particularly where gender and sexuality is concerned; we so often only hear one trope or stereotype and I think audiences are smarter and hungrier for something that hasn’t been as explored.

IN PRODUCTION: #QUEERY - WRITER & DIRECTOR | 2019
At the start of 2019 I created my own company and show. The aim is simple; to give voice to the unheard parts of the queer community and create a network of artists that can share work. Our debut show #QUEERY is a culmination of interviews we did over a few months with queer people from all walks of life and parts of LGBTQIA. We’ve just completed our second round of R&D and are hoping to go into production next year.
