Flo (they/them) is unsure whether they should be writing in the first or third person. So, I will go ahead using the first person.
I'm an avid theatre maker and community organiser from Doncaster. I am the Production Management Fellow at Berkeley Repertory Theatre (USA) and a trustee of Bennington College (USA). My work work culminates in projects on community; social integration; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I've worked on theatre and film in the UK and the USA, including projects with Living Room Theatre (USA), Slung Low Theatre Company (UK); Imagine If Theatre Company (UK); Rock Challenge (UK); The Montgomery Theatre and Arts Centre (UK); and Dorset Theatre Festival (USA). Over the last five years I have directed, produced, stage-managed, and performed in many productions.
