Beatrice Hyde

Playwright Performer Deviser Theatre-maker Applied Theatre

I am a British Greek writer/ actor based in London, and I am very interested in socially driven work exploring feminist and political issues. I trained in acting at East 15 and in dramatic writing at Central and I am also an NYT alumni. I have spent the last few years working with Theatre Lab Company, producing my play EMMELINE- The Suffragette Movement, following Emmeline Pankhurst's mission to achieve the vote for women. This was produced at The Cockpit last year and is going on tour in Spring 2023. I am very keen to collaborate on new projects and connect with fellow creatives, happy to be contacted directly.
