Anna Lindén-Boström

Director Writer Artist

Hello, I’m Anna. I’m a new director and writer, with a background in the visual arts and fashion. My artistic practice is rooted in a deep passion for merging contemporary ideas with historical practises, topped with a sprinkle of surrealism.

I have recently started working in the theatre and have had a wonderful time exploring different practices with the Tower Theatre - a thriving community enterprise in East London - where I’ve recently been part of the New Directors Programme. Through this programme, I've been given the opportunity to work with both professional and non-professional actors, and put on productions with casts of 1 to 35 people, which has been nothing but amazing. I am now looking for further ways of exploring theatre making, both as a director and writer.

My pronouns are flexible, but I prefer she or they.
