Catherine McLean

Theatre Director Writer Actor Movement Choreographer

She/Her

I am an emerging young Irish Theatre Director based in London. Dedicated to pursuing a career in the arts, with a passion for acting, writing and directing.

My personal style relies on thoroughly mining the text, discovering narrative connections and the exploration of imagery, movement and characterisation through playful, bold theatricality.

My work fuses design and direction, emphasising the ensemble, and enjoying the process as much as the final result.
