I am an early career artist with an interest in devised work, physical theatre, and classical work -- especially work that combines all three. Love working with queer theory, feminist theory, and experimentation.
Reviewed as "the consummate character actor," I love playing roles that are distinctly different from me and that reach emotional extremes. My favourite roles include Hippolito in the Jacobean revenge tragedy Women Beware Women (as I loved playing his immense inner struggle) and the Drunk Beloved -- an audience plant -- in which I convinced people I was a patron who had overindulged and embarrassed myself. It was such a triumph to see people react and know my authenticity had convinced them.
