I am a movement director & theatre maker. I trained at English National Ballet School, London Sch of Puppetry & studied voice and Physical Theatre with Frantic Assembly, Guy Dartnel and Philip Gaulier. I have worked professionally in dance theatre and cross art disciplines and been a core member of Matthew Bournes New Adventures as part of the devising team and performing leading roles in West End and international Theatres. I have worked with a varied groups of society from professional actors to outreach work with older people and socially excluded groups. I love building physical confidence, creativity and community with all who I work with. I studied anatomy & physiology, Yoga, Massage and Art Therapy and Fine Art and have a deep understanding of the body, its physical structure and the nervous system. I combines her skills to work holistically bringing a sense of ease, flow, grounding and sense of humour! I enjoy cycling, Running, wild swimming, singing, writting, sculpture and Art and meditation.
