I’m a Hong Kong born Chinese now residing in the UK. I’ve been a playwright, librettist, director, theatre critic, drama educator and English teacher in both primary and secondary setting in Hong Kong for the last 10 years. I’ve also started to self-taught myself as a dramaturg since a few years ago, and have liaised with artists internationally. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m interested in theatre-making about voices of said community in the East Asian context, both native-born British and immigrants. I’m now studying dramaturgy at Birkbeck and am interested in working as a dramaturg, playwriting and directing. My preferred pronounce is he/him.
