Ana Meireles

Movement Director

With a background as a professional contemporary dancer, I bring my embodied understanding of movement to the different contexts I engage with, from working with actors in drama conservatoires, to supporting a production from a movement director's lens. I have an interest in somatic approaches, improvisation and functional movement and bring these specialisms together when facilitating movement work in theatre and dance contexts.

I aim to continue dreaming effective approaches to movement, in professional, educational, outreach and community settings, and to be involved with making work for stage, screen and site-specific locations.
