Xi Chen

Director Producer Performer

Xi Chen is a London-based director, theatre maker and producer.

She trained Master of Fine Arts at the Advanced Theatre Practice programme at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She also holds a BA in theatre management and producing from the Central Academy of Drama in China.

She is interested in exploring non-verbal performative pathways that reveal what lies beneath the surface of our perceived interpretation of life.

Her work explores the boundaries between technology and bodies through physical performance, projection and exacting imagery.
