Director Writer Movement Director

(he/him)

I'm a British/New Zealander/Irish director and writer with a keen interest in theatre, film and new writing from around the world.

I graduated LAMDA's MA Directing programme in 2017 and founded Southern Magpie to continue exploring new work and New Zealand theatre in particular. After the Offie nominated production of Skin Tight, we moved into making short films as well.

I recently spent 4 months meeting with theatres and theatre companies right across Aotearoa New Zealand.
