Isabelle Kettle
Director
My name is Isabelle Kettle (she/her) and I am a theatre and opera director. I studied theatre directing at Columbia University under Anne Bogart, and more recently have completed two years as the Jette Parker Young Artist Stage Director at the Royal Opera House. During that time I gained a passion for working with live music and musicians, large casts and choruses, and also working with live film. I love work that feels like a hybrid of different mediums and plays with scale and form. I also care about telling stories that challenge our conventions of thinking about gender - whether that is contemporary writing or rethinking a classic.
