Currently Alice currently works as a Facilitator, Puppeteer and theatre maker for Little Angel Theatre, delivering workshops for early years up to adulthood and performing and creating new miniature shows that pop up at venues across London including households, schools, prisons, libraries and festivals.

Alice continues to work as a freelance Facilitator, Director and Actor/Puppeteer and has worked for leading children’s theatre companies including Polka Theatre, Punchdrunk Enrichment and Play Phonics. Alice also worked as a producer for cross-arts organisation ArtHouse Jersey between 2013-2019.

As a Director Alice recently professionally devised and directed two new miniature travelling shows for Little Angel Theatre - Puppets in Peril (2024) and Story of Stories (2024) and continues to develop and perform new work for the theatre. Alice professionally directed Mike Bartlett's Contractions in 2020 for Feisty Goat Theatre, performed by Annigna Kennedy and Rhona Richards, as well as a one-man show In Receipt written and performed by Simon MacDonald. Alice shadowed directors Natalie Ibu, Andy Brunskill, Kate Budgen and Rachel Grunwald as part of the 2011 New Plays Project produced by the Jersey Arts Trust.

Alice is particularly passionate about supporting new work in its early development, and using collaborative ensemble-led devised theatre making practices. With her specialism in puppetry as well as creating theatre for young audiences, Alice is passionate about ensuring inclusion and accessibility are at the heart of all of her work.
