I'm Evie (she/they). I'm a Genderqueer Nottingham based Director/Theatre Maker, Facilitator, Dramaturg, Writer and Performer. I set up Mind Out Theatre in 2017, the same year in which I was awarded the Sir Alec Guinness Award for my work as a Theatre Maker. I'm most interested in dark comedies, movement and new writing. I'm drawn to work that is bold, funny, blunt and unapologetic. I'm part of Nottingham Playhouse’s Wider Participation Freelancer Pool and I'm currently supported by In Good Company, Theatr Clwyd, Arts Council England and Awards for All to deliver a new co-creation project of drama workshops with young carers in Nottingham and Mansfield. www.mindouttheatre.com
