Nat Kennedy

Director

Hello! I'm Nat Kennedy (they/them) and I'm a director and actor based in London and originally from Liverpool.
I moved to London in 2015 and have completed several directing projects and my MA in Theatre Lab from RADA.
I love story telling in a playful, comedic tone which encourage audiences to feel empowered and excited to live their lives. I love challenge audience expectations through explorative devising and playing physically through the body.
I love leading a collaborative workspace giving actors the space to play and research their characters, themes and socio-political references.
I'm incredibly inspired by the work of Kneehigh (which I am gutted by recent news), Wise Children, Complicité and Mischief Theatre. I love their playful approach and inclusive use of music and tech.
