Charlotte Cox
Director
I am a Mother 1st and have come into Directing late in life as my daughter had a brain Haemorrhage at 15, some 20 years ago. I dropped everything in order to support and witness her amazing journey. This has meant that I have become passionate about enabling others, through the Arts, to have a ' Voice' and be heard.
I am not afraid to write and Direct uncomfortable truths (as I see it) and as a Radical Theatre Maker specialising in Physical Theatre it has always been my aim to create a safe space where my collaborators are encouraged to take risks and produce stunning, though often ugly work that begs our audience to question ( without judgement) themselves and how we can make positive change.
I love taking risks and the thrill of opening or devising a script, the journey of which is at first unknown but one we are (as a team) compelled to discover.
